This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors and users who are residents of the State of California. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, legal obligations).

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information. You do not need to take any action to opt out.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect or use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill the services you request.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

5. How to Submit a Request

To exercise your rights, please submit a request by emailing us at hello@fezcoffeeco.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." Please include your name and, if applicable, the email address you used when submitting an inquiry to us so we can locate your information.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization or power of attorney from you to verify the agent's authority.
