Yes. Ceremonial matcha is a full program at Fez — not a menu afterthought. We source directly from Japan and offer traditional matcha lattes, iced matcha, vanilla, strawberry, and seasonal preparations. Matcha can be added to any espresso bar setup or booked as a standalone bar.

No venue power coordination is required. Fez runs on a self-contained system — the cart arrives ready to serve. For most events a standard outlet is sufficient, but for venues with limited access we bring what's needed. No water hookup is required either.

For most events in San Francisco and the Bay Area, two to four weeks is sufficient. For weddings, large conferences, or activations with custom branding, four to eight weeks is more comfortable. Spring and fall dates fill quickly — if you have a date in mind, reaching out early is a smart move.
