The standard Fez setup requires a 6-by-8-foot footprint — about the size of a large catering table. No ceiling clearance or special flooring is needed. We can work in conference rooms, lobbies, outdoor terraces, and trade show floors. Send us your venue layout and we'll advise on placement before the event.
With three baristas on a standard setup, Fez produces 100 to 120 espresso-based drinks per hour. For larger conferences — 300 or more guests — we can run multiple simultaneous setups. This is the main reason corporate clients choose Fez over smaller operators: throughput at scale without long lines.
Yes. Full cart wraps, branded cups and sleeves, custom signage, latte art printing, and signature drinks designed around your brand are all available. If you have a brand guide, send it over and we'll show you what's possible. Lead time for printed materials is typically two to three weeks.
Every quote includes barista staffing, all equipment, locally roasted beans, whole milk and oat milk, house-made syrups, cups, lids, and setup and breakdown. Branded materials, ceremonial matcha, cold brew, or specialty syrups are added on request. There are no hidden service fees — the quote reflects the final cost.
Yes. For multi-floor or multi-room setups at conferences, Fez can run independent stations simultaneously with dedicated staff at each. This is common at Moscone events and large SoMa conference spaces. The inquiry form has a field for multi-location setups.
Yes. The Fez recurring program brings a barista to your office on a weekly or custom schedule — no contract, month-to-month. It's built for tech companies and offices that want a quality coffee experience without the overhead of a full espresso setup. Ask about running a one-visit pilot first.
Oat milk is included as a standard offering at every event. Whole milk and almond milk are available on request, and soy on advance notice. All syrups are labeled. We can provide a full ingredient list ahead of the event for guests with allergies. Let us know your requirements during the inquiry process.
Two to four weeks covers most standard corporate events. For events with custom branding, multiple setups, or peak conference season dates — March, April, September, October — four to six weeks is more comfortable. Last-minute bookings are occasionally possible; reach out and we'll check availability.
