Two to four weeks is usually sufficient for standard events. For larger conferences, events with custom branding, or peak-season dates — March, April, September, October — four to six weeks is more comfortable. Spring and fall SF dates fill quickly. For venues with limited power access, we bring what's needed. Most San Francisco office buildings, conference centers, and event venues are no issue.
