Two to four weeks is usually sufficient for standard events. For larger conferences, events with custom branding, or peak-season dates — March, April, September, October — four to six weeks is more comfortable. Spring and fall SF dates fill quickly. Yes. We run wedding espresso bars across San Francisco — Fort Mason, The Presidio, SoMa loft venues, rooftop terraces, and private estates. Full espresso and ceremonial matcha service, house-made syrups, and direct coordination with your wedding planner or event producer.

Yes. We run recurring barista programs for San Francisco offices on weekly, biweekly, or custom schedules. Same team every visit. Full espresso and matcha menu. No venue power coordination required. Fez runs on a self-contained system — the cart arrives ready to serve. A standard outlet is sufficient for most setups. No water hookup required. For venues with limited power access, we bring what's needed. Most San Francisco office buildings, conference centers, and event venues are no issue.
