Yes — Silicon Valley tech campuses are one of our most active markets. All-hands meetings, product launches, executive summits, recruiting events, and recurring office barista programs for companies in Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, San Jose, and Santa Clara. Three baristas per cart, 150+ drinks per hour per setup — and with 15 carts and 50+ baristas on our roster, we can sustain 2,000+ drinks per hour for large-scale events. No lines.

Yes. We regularly serve wedding espresso bars and matcha bars at vineyard estates, private ranches, and outdoor venues across Napa and Sonoma. The cart is fully self-contained — no venue power or water hookup required. Travel logistics are included transparently in your quote.

Yes. For large conferences at convention centers, multi-building campuses, or hotel event spaces, Fez can run multiple independent setups simultaneously with dedicated staff at each station. This is a common request for Silicon Valley corporate events. Contact us with your guest count and we'll spec the right setup.

Yes. The Fez recurring program serves tech companies and offices throughout Silicon Valley — Palo Alto, Mountain View, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, San Jose — on weekly, biweekly, or custom schedules. Same team every visit. Month-to-month, no long-term contract. We can run a pilot visit first so your team experiences the service before committing.

Two to four weeks for most events. For destination events in Napa or Sonoma, multi-station conferences, or events requiring custom branding, four to six weeks gives more room to prepare. Spring and fall Bay Area dates fill quickly. If you have a date in mind, reaching out early is the smart move.

Yes. Ceremonial-grade matcha is a full program at Fez — powered by Matcha Minka, sourced from Uji, Japan. Available as a standalone bar or alongside any espresso setup at Bay Area events. Traditional, iced, vanilla, strawberry, seasonal preparations. Not culinary-grade.

Yes. Fez regularly serves outdoor events — vineyard estates in Napa and Sonoma, private ranch events in Marin and the Peninsula, rooftop receptions in San Francisco and Oakland, and waterfront programming along the Sausalito and Tiburon corridors. The cart is self-contained and designed for venues without standard infrastructure.

Staffing and scale. Most Bay Area coffee carts send 1–2 baristas and top out at 50–150 drinks per hour. Fez sends three baristas per cart — standard, at no extra cost. Across our full fleet of 15 carts and 50+ baristas, we can deliver 2,000+ drinks per hour for large conferences and activations. No wait times at any event size. Plus: house-made syrups, Japan-sourced ceremonial matcha, locally roasted specialty beans, and a dedicated concierge team that manages your event from first inquiry through breakdown.
