Moscone Center is San Francisco's largest convention center — and the site of some of the world's most demanding tech conferences: Dreamforce, Google Cloud Next, AWS events, and enterprise summits that draw tens of thousands of attendees. Our coffee catering operation at Moscone Center is designed for scale. We can run multiple carts simultaneously across the North, South, and West halls, with the same barista quality and drink consistency at each setup. All of our carts are fully self-contained — no kitchen access, no venue power coordination, no water hookup required. We arrive, we set up, and we serve. Attendees get specialty coffee from trained baristas, not a hotel coffee station refilled every hour.

Yes. We can staff two or three carts simultaneously across Moscone's halls, each fully self-contained with its own equipment, baristas, and ingredients. Drink quality and presentation are identical at every station.
No. All Fez setups are fully self-contained. We bring our own commercial-grade water supply, power source, espresso equipment, and all consumables. We do not require venue infrastructure coordination.
For large multi-day conferences, we recommend 6–8 weeks minimum. For single-day events, 3–4 weeks. Moscone events book out quickly — earlier contact gives us room to staff appropriately and guarantee availability.
